I would like to introduce myself. My name is Kelly Provost and I own The Pro’s Real Estate Team along with my husband Joe. We have two office locations in Worcester, MA and Rutland, MA and service all of Worcester County and Central MA.

We pride ourselves on working with all residential properties with no discrimination on price or condition. We work with $50,000 foreclosures and short sales and will service all the way up to multi-million dollar luxury  properties. 

Joe and I have lived in Worcester County our entire lives. We know the city and its surrounding towns like the back of our hand. We do provide generalized real estate services to the entire 1,579 square miles of  Worcester County & we are proud of it! We specialize in our area of expertise, rather than a geographic area. On our team we each have a role that consists of specific duties, rather than attempting to handle all  transactions from A to Z.

I work with our clientele. I spend time to guide and educate each of our clients on the process of a home sale or purchase. I do this before we begin, and throughout the entire transaction. My role is to find home owners  who have a home to sell and to find a buyer who need a home to purchase. Then, I bring the two together. I love creating lasting relationships with my clients.

Joe works on the behind the scenes operations of the business. His focus is on crossing the T’s and dotting the I’s. He handles the details. Once a contract is signed he takes over in the transactions process and coordinates every detail.  These details include a massive marketing plan encompassing a 151 step process, from getting a sign in the front yard and creating eye catching, engaging property websites to collecting all the necessary data needed by  the attorneys, appraisers and other agents to close the deal. His ability to market our listed home is second to none! He has years of experience from his days managing multiple sales and marketing departments in  one of the largest car dealerships in the state.

We have some fabulous buyer specialists. Their sole job is to find our buyers the right property that fits their needs. They starts every relationship with a full and intensive buyer consultation. This will educate every buyer, from our first time home buyers to our experienced investors, about the buying process, changes in the current real estate market, and tips to be aware of as we enter the ever changing world of home buying. They are personable and friendly and take on consultative approaches so you never feel as if they are attempting to sell you something. Our buyer specialists are not sales people; they are consultants and advisors to helping you find the best house for your needs.

Don’t mistake our consultative approach for a lack of negotiating power. All members of our team have a strong ability to negotiate using knowledge and confidence. All offers, counter offers or marketing/sales strategies for our listings come from experience and day to day knowledge of the current market trends.

All members of The Pro’s Real Estate Team are full time Realtors®. This is all we do so you know you will always have the communication you are looking for. We understand that our clients work traditional hours. We do not limit our hours to the same work day, making it easy to reach someone when you are off work or on break or on a weekend. We respect your time and make sure we are always back with the same communication in which you reached out to us within hours, and usually much sooner!

Kelly is partnered with her husband Joe Provost. They both have massive goals for their real estate business. They are not merely Real Estate Agents. They see themselves as consultants and advisors, as entrepreneurs with a focus on technology based business. As they should be, as the industry is moving toward the virtual world.
Kelly personally has over 14 years of sales, customer service and consulting experience amongst all large purchase products. She has learned that the best way to help people in large purchases is to guide and advise, not sell. She has yet to meet a person who would like to “be sold” something. Instead, educating, guiding and consulting people in making good decisions on these purchase has assisted in her large referral based business. Her clients know that she is always looking out for their best interests, not her own. She comes from a mind set, that if you help enough people achieve their own goals, she herself will easily reach her own in the process. There is no reason to be pushy.
As an avid learner, Kelly aspires to be a life long student. She is constantly educating herself through professional development, reading, mentorships and coaching. If there is something she does not know, that she need to know, she will find a way to learn about it.
Some of her strengths are relationship building, being an open communicator, driven, ambitious, big thinker, decisive, public speaking, and empathetic.
Some of her weaknesses are; She is impatient, surrounds herself in chaos and she is lacking in small and singular focused goals. Though, she now understands that if she surround herself with a team of people that offset her own strengths and weaknesses, together they can run and build an amazing business.

Joe Provost

Joe is a competitive, persuasive sales person with great communication skills. He is a very strong negotiator and has proven his skills in the automotive business. He switched to a career in real estate and has brought with him a great deal of sales tools and experience to help him grow and succeed in this new endeavor. He and his wife Kelly, have created The Pro’s Real Estate Team which is currently recognized as on of the top real estate teams in Worcester and is one of the top ranked team for Keller Williams Pinnacle Central.

Prior to his real estate career, he was a well organized automotive sales manager with great people skills. Joe has 14 years of experience in the automotive field. He has gained his experience from working on automobiles to selling them and running a sales department for a Chrysler Dodge Jeep dealership. He is well trained at negotiating and closing as well as being versed in the ever changing automotive field. Joe has a great customer base and was known as their go to “car guy”

Melissa O’neil

We are excited to be in business with Melissa as she will be a great addition to our team. She has a combined passion for real estate, helping others, and problem-solving making her great at being able to understand what buyers want and need in a home.

Melissa enjoys meeting new people and chatting. She enjoyed socializing with people as she was a bartender for many years. She also has a background in the healthcare industry and medical sales.
Melissa was born and raised in Worcester and is very familiar with the city and surrounding towns. She is a loving mom of 2 boys (currently ages 3 & 6). Her favorite things to do in her spare time are practicing yoga, gardening, cooking and spending time with her boys. One of her favorite places to get away is spending time at Moody Beach in Maine

Laura Loranger

Coming from a background of years of sales and styling at American Eagle Outfitters, Laura is excited to bring her enthusiasm, creativity, passion, and drive to The Pro’s Real Estate Team. She loves inspiring people to see the beauty around them and helping them to meet (and move beyond!) their goals. She is a mom of two wonderful fur babies, Sparks and Lugnut, and loves to spend her spare time reading and drinking lots of tea.  Laura is a big thinker with massive goals and we are excited to be in business with her.
